• Account data — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Sending account credentials — SMTP host, port, username, and password. Passwords are encrypted at rest and never shown or logged in plaintext.
• Campaign data — the campaigns you create, their subject lines and bodies, and the recipient lists you import.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user agent associated with your sessions, plus audit records of key actions for security.

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send your campaigns through the SMTP account you configured.
• To report delivery results (sent, failed, invalid, suppressed).
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the platform.

• We never sell your personal data or recipient lists.
• We never use your recipient lists for our own outreach.
• We never read the content of your emails beyond what is needed to send them.
• We do not track whether recipients opened or clicked your emails.

Campaigns, recipients, and audit records are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account or individual campaigns at any time; deleting a campaign removes its recipient data. Contact us to request full account deletion.

Data is protected using industry-standard measures including encrypted storage of secrets, hashed session tokens, and strict network rules. See the Security Updates page for the current hardening posture.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
